These are just some of the typical flavours of the Valtellina that the expert and passionate hands of our chef Enrico Lenatti uses every day to create refined and surprising seasonal combinations. In The Restaurant, we offer a menu of the day, available for hotel guests, and an à la carte menu, both for our guests and for outside customers.
